As you maybe aware, we have for a number of years had a suggestion book available, along with a box for members to post suggestions about the club. This is provided so that members can put forward any comments they may have for consideration by the committee. The club actively encourages members to contribute by putting forward their comments and suggestions.

To further facilitate this, we now have now added this on line feedback form. When using this page, please ensure that you fill in the Name, Membership No. and Email Address boxes, otherwise we may be unable to respond to you.

When you have finished entering your comments, click on the "Leave Feedback" button.  Your computer may give you a warning message that the form is being submitted using email. Just click on OK button. You may then get a virus warning. Again it is perfectly safe to click OK. The feedback form will then be sent by email to the club secretary who will acknowledge receipt of your feedback by return email. If your comments necessitate a detailed response, you will be notified of this and a further email will be sent to you following the next committee meeting.
