Function Room Bookings

As a special concession, any members who make a booking for the Derek Walker room for private parties will not be charged for the room hire. This concession currently applies to any dates booked for 2008.

*** BUT ***

Please note that you must still fill in a booking form, (either download from the link button below on this page or ask for a form at the bar). If you book the room and do not use it there may be a cancellation charge as you are depriving other members the opportunity of booking the room on your chosen date.

If you have arranged any catering with Peter & Laura, the same rule applies as they may have rejected bookings in your favour, ordered supplies or organised staff.

All the standard conditions of hire as detailed on the booking form still apply.
